arroz marinero

ingedientes

3 taza de arroz de grano largo

6 tazas de agua

200 gr de calamares limpios y cortados en rodajas

1/2 calmares limpios y pelados

200 gr conchas prietas en jugo

200 gr de almejas en sus valvas

200 gr de mejillones en sus valvas

1/ kg corvina o picudo o dorado cortado en cubo

2 pimientos verdes cortados en juliana

1 cebolla mediana cortada en juliana

2 dientes de ajo machacado

2 cds aceite con achiote

1 cd cilantro picado

al gusto sal y pimienta

6 tenazas godas de cangrejo cosidas

1 En una olla grande ponemos el aceite de achiote junto con el ajo

2 Agregamos todos los mariscos (menos las patas de cangrejo )y las arvejas y salteamos sin dejar de remover durante 5 minutos

3 Añadimos el arroz y cubrimos con el agua,llevamos a ebullicion y esperamos 20 minutos o hasta q el arroz este listo; antes de servir sacamos la hoja de laurel y rociamos con limon

4 Servimos cada plato con una tenaza de cangrejo como adorno acompañada de tajadas de aguacate,platano maduro frito o patacones

You’re not locked into any of this; one of the wonderful things about blogs is how they constantly evolve as we learn, grow, and interact with one another — but it’s good to know where and why you started, and articulating your goals may just give you a few other post ideas.

Can’t think how to get started? Just write the first thing that pops into your head. Anne Lamott, author of a book on writing we love, says that you need to give yourself permission to write a “crappy first draft”. Anne makes a great point — just start writing, and worry about editing it later.

When you’re ready to publish, give your post three to five tags that describe your blog’s focus — writing, photography, fiction, parenting, food, cars, movies, sports, whatever. These tags will help others who care about your topics find you in the Reader. Make sure one of the tags is “zerotohero,” so other new bloggers can find you, too.
